Parks and Gardens - Maintenance

• Maintain community parks, sporting ovals, road verges, and urban streetscapes.
• Safely operates ride-on mowers, hedgers, trimmers, brush cutters, and blowers.
• Performs general gardening tasks including planting, mulching, and weeding.
• Uses chainsaws, pole saws, and wood chippers for vegetation and bridge-area management.
• Implements weed and pest control measures to protect local environments.
• Complete additional maintenance and service duties as required to support community outcomes.

Requirements

• Long term work rights in Australia
• Construction White Card
• HR or MR Licence
• Good communication skills
• Experience in a similar role minimum 2 years
• Certificate II in Horticulture/Turf (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain
• Skills and knowledge in the use of a wide range of horticultural equipment and machinery
• Working knowledge of Work Health and Safety
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
